Shipping and Delivery Policy

Visibility Readiness is a digital service. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges. Everything is delivered by email or inside the AI tool you use.
How each purchase is delivered

| Founding Builder plan or credit pack | Your key is emailed (or your existing key is upgraded) after payment is confirmed | Usually within a few minutes of payment |
| Done-for-you audit | A written report with findings, evidence and fixes for your builder, emailed to you. One re-check after your fixes, also by email | Within 3 working days of payment and receiving your site address |
If something doesn't arrive
Check your spam folder first. If a key or report hasn't arrived within the times above, email hello@vendorlens.in with your payment reference, and we'll resend it or sort it out within one working day.
Where we deliver
The service is available worldwide. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
