Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Visibility Readiness (the "service"), operated by Haigreeva Kondury, Bengaluru, India ("we", "us"). By getting a key, paying for a plan or using the service, you agree to them.

1. What the service does

The service audits publicly accessible web pages for search, AI-crawler and AI-agent readiness and returns findings, evidence, reports and fix instructions ("fix packs"). It is delivered through AI assistants that support the Model Context Protocol (MCP), such as Claude, Cursor and Gemini CLI, and as a manual done-for-you audit.

2. Readiness, not results

The service measures readiness. It does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, AI citations, sales or any other outcome, and nothing we provide is legal, security or compliance certification. Fix packs are instructions; you decide whether to apply them and you remain responsible for changes made to your site.

3. Your key

• Your API key is personal. Do not share or publish it, and never paste it into a chat message. Keep it in your tool's connector settings.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your key has been exposed; we will deactivate it and issue a new one.
• We may suspend a key that is used in breach of these terms.

4. Acceptable use

• Audit sites you own, operate, or are authorised to assess. The service reads public pages only; do not use it to probe private systems, bypass access controls or overload any website.
• Do not resell raw access, attempt to break or reverse-engineer the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
• We apply usage limits, rate limits and safety controls, and may refuse requests that look abusive.

5. Plans and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian rupees on vendorlens.in and on our Razorpay payment pages. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
• Monthly plans give access for 31 days from payment and do not renew automatically. Credit packs do not expire.
• One completed audit uses 1 unit; a re-check uses 0.5. Failed audits are not charged.
• The Founding Builder price is offered to the first 25 builders and may be withdrawn after that.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but provide it "as is", without uptime guarantees. Checks, limits and features may change as the service improves; material changes to paid features will be communicated by email.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. Please contact us first; most issues can be resolved quickly.
