Purchase	Refund
Founding Builder (₹499, 31 days)	Full refund within 7 days of payment if no audit has been run with your key.
20 audit credits (₹999)	Unused credits refunded within 7 days of purchase.
Done-for-you audit (₹1,999)	Full refund if your report has not been delivered within 3 working days of payment.

How to request a refund

Reply to your key email or confirmation email, or write to kondurhai@gmail.com from the address you paid with. Include your Razorpay payment ID if you have it. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.

After a refund

The paid plan or credits linked to the refunded payment are removed from your key.

Questions

If something went wrong with an audit, a report or your key, write to us before requesting a refund; we can often fix the problem the same day. Refund decisions are made fairly and in line with Indian consumer law.

Failed audits

Audits that fail are never charged, so they never need a refund.
